Phase 2b: Alternative 2: Site Acquisition combined with Site Feasibility & Sections

Scope of Services
a) Identify sites and meet with property owner
b) Negotiate all terms and conditions for site to be acquired
c) Prepared and present purchase contract and/or lease contract for acceptance and execution by both buyer and seller
d) Assist in all phases of due diligence
i) Re: Site plat and plans with engineers; title work; ordering survey boundary and topo; geotechnical, review easements; legal reviews with attorney, etc.
e) Assist with zoning and permits
f) Closing on property
